Mama Coco's is throwing out the idea that vegans have to compromise to be healthy and make mindful choices, like eating whole foods and steering away from processed sugars. I want to show you that you can fuel your body, ease your eyes, get exactly what you want without ever having to use another beings by-products, not to mention continue forward on your own healthy track and be an ally to the environment.
